We loved the convenient location close to the subway station and shopping district. The tea, coffee, and soft drinks/juice sets provided in the room were a nice touch. Having a washing machine in the room was a great convenience. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The spacious 2-bedroom suite was perfect for our family.

Our stay at this amazing property was mind-blowingly awesome! The two-bedroom suite was super spacious and perfect for our group of adults, including elderly members. The small kitchen had everything we needed for cooking ourselves, making it super convenient. The location couldn't have been better, just a few minutes' walk to the main street. And even though there was no onsite parking, the public parking opposite the hotel was a jaw-droppingly convenient option. The staff were beyond exceptional - friendly, helpful, and spoke perfect English, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The suites themselves were incredibly comfortable, with lots of privacy, and the beds were so comfortable we slept like babies every night. There was even free beer during happy hours from 5pm to 7pm, and the quality was top-notch. The hotel's location was also very accessible to many tourist spots, with a bus stop right in front and plenty of eateries nearby. this hotel is a hidden gem in Kyoto that we highly recommend and will definitely be back to.

We had a nice weekend at a Japanese hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean; we had room to move around. Location was amazing - we were close to shops, markets, and stations, making it easy to get around. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff; they were accommodating and let us check-in late due to a delay.

We struggled with the air conditioning - it was confusing and not effective. Two of our rooms didn't have a window to open, which made it hard to breathe.
